Allegiant Manufacturing, the one stop source for metal working solutions including stamping, fabrication, tool & die, value-added assembly, tooling & machining, tube bending & roll forming located in Gallatin, Tennessee has an opening for a CNC Operator on 1st shift, regularly scheduled working Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, operates CNC machinery to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Specify equipment, tools and supplies needed
- Meet and improve quality standards
- Increase productivity and improve performance standards
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Must be proficient with FANUC and HAAS controls and understands, interprets and edits FANUC G-code & M Modes programming
- Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling, and understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets
- Mill & Lathe experience a plus
MINIMUM QUALIFIFCATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and demonstrate the ability to speak and read English. Knowledge of and experience working with PM software is preferred. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Machine tool Technology degree preferred.
